Payments

Payments can be made online via the payment gateway of Bank of Maldives. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to arrange to pay in cash or to inquire about other method of payments.

Returns Policy

For a full refund, an unopened product can be returned for up to 7 days from the date of purchase. However, refunds are not available for software's and for licences once they are activated or registered.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Software and licenses can be delivered electronically to any address globally. However, there are restrictions on some products, and international shipping is not available. Please contact us for further information.

Please also note that the shipping rates for most items that are sold are weight-based. In order to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Depending on the shipping method selected, the estimated shipping delivery time will be displayed. We will contact you with shipping information if the selected shipping method does not display any shipping details.

Personal Pickup

Alternatively, you can collect the item in person from our showroom between 10:00 hrs - 17:00 hrs, or any other pre-arranged time.

Information Security & Privacy

We will not disclose our client or customer information to third party, or request any further information that is not relevant to the product and services we offer.

Our team will never request you to share any of your payment details, card information, and account information over email or over phone. In case you receive such a call, please contact us immediately.
